Ed Sheeran has beaten a copyright appeal over his track ‘Thinking out Loud’ after the judges ruled that it shares only “fundamental musical building blocks” with Marvin Gaye's 'Let’s Get It On'.
British singer Ed Sheeran surprised fans in Bengaluru with an impromptu street performance on Church Street, only to be stopped by local police. Videos circulating online show Sheeran singing on the footpath before officers intervened, reportedly unaware of his identity. The viral footage captures a policeman unplugging the microphone, cutting short the surprise performance. Sheeran, in another clip, stated, “We have the permission to be here, but this policeman is shutting it down.” The incident has sparked reactions from fans ahead of his scheduled Mathematics Tour concert at NICE Grounds, Bengaluru.
