Representing his father, King Charles, who is undergoing cancer treatment, Prince William joined world leaders and dignitaries, including French President Emmanuel Macron, U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, and First Lady Jill Biden, to celebrate the restoration of the iconic Gothic cathedral.
