MPs will vote this Friday on a bill that would legalise assisted dying for people who are terminally ill in England and Wales. It is the first debate and vote on the issue in the Commons since 2015. With three days until the vote, here is what we know about the party leaders’ voting intentions....
Labour MP Kim Leadbeater admits she is “emotionally drained” as MPs vote in favour of the assisted dying bill. The Terminally Ill Adults Bill received 330 ayes and 275 noes, a majority of 55 votes.
