Soon after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) launched its first part of manifesto for the upcoming Delhi assembly poll, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Chief and former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took a jibe at the party, saying this is "Kejriwal Patra", not "Sankalp Patra".
