Trump has raised concerns over Russian President Vladimir Putin’s stance on a proposed Ukraine ceasefire, calling it “promising… but not complete.” Speaking alongside NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte at the White House, Trump emphasized the urgency of ending the war, stating, “I’d love to talk to him (Putin), but we have to get it over with fast. Every day, people are being killed.”
His remarks come as U.S. officials are in Moscow trying to broker a truce, but Putin has expressed reservations, insisting that key Russian conditions must be met.
