Southport triple murderer refuses to leave cell for court hearing
Tuesday, 4 February 2025 () Southport triple murderer Axel Rudakubana has refused to leave his cell for a court hearing that made a correction to his life sentence.
The mother of seven-year-old Elsie Stancombe, who was one of three girls killed at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport, have said she would “trade places” with her daughter "any day" as she paid tribute to her. Elsie's mother, Jenni Stancombe, said, "If we had been there this wouldn't have happened".
