Investigation into claims NHS staff accessed Nottingham attack victims' records
Friday, 7 March 2025 An NHS trust is investigating allegations that healthcare staff "inappropriately" accessed the medical records of the Nottingham attack victims.
The families of the Nottingham attack victims called claims that NHS staff illegally accessed their loved ones' medical records "sickening" and "inexcusable." The Government has set out plans to divert up to two million patients from NHS waiting lists by the end of next year.
