'Anti-poison' car scheme has lowered air pollution most in London boroughs that opposed it
Friday, 7 March 2025 () London boroughs that resisted the expansion of the ULEZ ultra low emissions scheme have enjoyed the greatest fall in a dangerous air pollutant since it was brought in, a review has found.
