'Fantastic': Kate congratulates Draper on Indian Wells victory
Monday, 17 March 2025 () The Princess of Wales has congratulated Jack Draper on his "fantastic performance" after he was crowned Indian Wells champion.
The assistant headteacher at the Jack Draper's childhood school says his tennis talents were visible at from eight-years-old. Alex Gainer from Parkside School in Cobham adds that from "minute one" Draper was "so determined" and "wanted to win every point". His comments come after Draper claimed the biggest title of his career so far, defeating Denmark's Holger Rune in the Indian Wells final. Report by Brooksl.
