Brother of Manchester Arena bomber attacks prison officers, union says

Manchester Arena bomb plotter Hashem Abedi has attacked prison officers at HMP Frankland, throwing boiling oil before stabbing them with improvised weapons. The Prison Officers' Association is calling for reduced freedoms for high-risk inmates.
