Indian Army chief's remark of 'preemptively strike' right 'irresponsible': Pakistan

Pakistan has rejected India's new Army chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane's statement that New Delhi reserves the right to "preemptively strike" across the Line of Control (LoC), terming his remarks as "irresponsible". "No one should forget Pakistan's befitting response to India's Balakot misadventure," said Pakistan Foreign Office in a statement.
