J&K: Mobile internet services, snapped earlier on Afzal Guru's death anniversary, restored

Political outfits including the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) and All Party Hurriyat Conference-had called for a shutdown earlier in the day in the valley on the occasion. Following the call, establishments remained closed in Srinagar and there was little to no public transport in the valley.
