Gyanvapi-Kashi Vishwanath case: Allahabad HC to hear on July 26 appeal against scientific survey of mosque complex

The Allahabad high court on Tuesday began hearing a plea against a Varanasi court order directing the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to conduct a "detailed scientific survey" of the Gyanvapi mosque, located next to the Kashi Vishwanath temple. Allahabad Chief Justice Pritinker Diwaker will continue the hearing on July 26 at 9.30am.
