Mufti told Modi 'not to touch 370' before 2015 alliance: Mehbooba

PDP founder Mufti Mohammad Sayeed had put a condition before PM Narendra Modi that Article 370 will "not be touched" when he formed a government in J&K with BJP in 2015, his daughter Mehbooba Mufti claimed Monday and accused the saffron party of "trying to convert the entire country into Manipur".
