The necessary papers for restoration of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's status as Lok Sabha MP will be examined by the House secretariat on Monday following which a “merit-based” decision will be taken and signed by Speaker Om Birla. The Congress has called a meeting of its Lok Sabha MPs in Parliament on Monday at 10.30 am to chalk out strategy for the floor of the House.
