200 Uttarakhand road links stay snapped, more rain expected

Over 200 roads remain blocked due to recurring rain-triggered landslides across Uttarakhand. The regional meteorological centre predicts an increase in rainfall from Wednesday. Heavy rainfall on Sunday led to the washing away of over 100m stretch of the Maldevta-Suakholi road at Sarkhet in Dehradun district.
