Delhi HC issues notice to Centre on revoking Swain OCI card

On Monday, the Delhi High Court sent a notice to the Centre in response to a petition by academic-writer Ashok Swain, who contested the cancellation of his Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) card. Justice Subramonium Prasad, a single-judge bench, instructed the Centre to provide a response within four weeks and set a hearing date for November.
