Soldier, terrorist killed in J&K action; Army dog dies shielding handler

A soldier and an Army dog were killed in action while pursuing terrorists in J&K's Rajouri. The gunfight took place in a forested area after a raid on the terrorist hideout. The soldier's identity is unknown, but the Army confirmed that the six-year-old Labrador Retriever named Kent was fatally shot while protecting her handler. Three other security personnel were wounded in the retaliatory firing.
