Monu Manesar arrested in Haryana, Rajasthan cops take him on remand for murder probe

Mohit Yadav, alias Monu Manesar, was arrested on Tuesday by an SIT that is investigating the communal violence that broke out in Nuh on July 31, the first time the Bajrang Dal activist has been taken into custody since he emerged as a politically influential gau rakshak and the leader of a network of cow vigilantes in the state.
