Monday, 18 September 2023 Three overground workers associated with Hizbul Mujahideen were detained in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district. The individuals had been named in previous FIRs and were involved in anti-national activities. The Public Safety Act was imposed on them due to their role in motivating local youth to join banned organizations.
