Rules amended, NGOs under FCRA will have to declare movable, immovable assets

NGOs and associations registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) will now have to declare details of assets created using foreign contributions on an annual basis. The Ministry of Home Affairs has introduced new tables in the Form FC-4, which NGOs must fill out as part of their annual returns.
