PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti accused the BJP of delaying the panchayat and local bodies polls in Jammu and Kashmir due to the fear of defeat. Mufti also alleged that the BJP wants to end the democratic system in the country and may do so if they come back to power in the Lok Sabha elections.
