Congress may drop 20-25 Rajasthan MLAs, PCC chief not keen on inducting BJP rejects

IndiaTimes Wednesday, 18 October 2023
The Indian National Congress party is considering benching 20-25 sitting MLAs in Rajasthan based on internal surveys of their performance. The decision is said to be driven by merit and aims to strengthen the party's position in the upcoming November 25 polls. The party's Rajasthan chief, Govind Singh Dotasara, stated that MLAs facing anti-incumbency may be changed if viable options are available.
