Man shot dead after row over Rs 15

A 58-year-old tea stall owner was allegedly shot dead by two unidentified bike-borne assailants after an argument over Rs 15 turned violent on Friday afternoon. Station house officer of Medical police station Avdhesh Kumar told TOI, "Locals informed us that around 1pm, two individuals on a motorcycle approached Onkaar Singh's tea stall and asked for a packet of tobacco. It appears a dispute arose when Singh sought payment of Rs 15 and the men refused.
