Woman dragged with legs tied in Jharkhand, three cops suspended

A video has gone viral showing a woman accused of stealing a mobile phone being dragged to a police station with her legs tied. The woman, who belongs to the Gulgulia community and has faced previous theft allegations, was initially detained by the police but managed to escape. She was later caught and taken to the police station by women police personnel. Three women officers have been suspended in connection with the incident, and an investigation has been ordered. The woman's husband has also been arrested.
