Congress ignored tribal interests while in government, says Union Minister Arjun Munda

Union Minister for Tribal Affairs, Arjun Munda, criticized the Congress party for neglecting the tribal population in Madhya Pradesh, despite it having the highest tribal population in the country. Munda accused the Congress of only caring about remaining in power and not addressing the needs and rights of the tribal community. He also criticized the Congress manifesto as deceptive and mentioned the government's efforts to ensure the development of Adivasis (tribals) across the country.
