Gujarat HC judge apologises for snapping at colleague

Justice Biren Vaishnav of the Gujarat high court apologised on Wednesday for expressing resentment over a difference of opinion with his junior colleague on the division bench, Justice Mauna Bhatt, and said that it should not have happened. On Monday, Justice Vaishnav and Justice Bhatt had heated arguments in the courtroom and Justice Vaishnav retired to his chamber after expressing displeasure over the difference of opinion.
