India Mobile Congress: After 5G, India aims to lead in 6G as well, PM Modi says
PM Modi on Friday inaugurated the 7th Edition of the India Mobile Congress at the recently-launched Bharat Mandapam. "We are not only expanding 5G in the country but also moving in the direction of becoming leaders in the area of 6G technology," he said while speaking at the forum. The PM also used the platform to take a dig the UPA government over the 2G spectrum scam. "Everyone knows what happened during the 2G (spectrum allocation under the UPA govt). During our government, 4G was expanded but there was no stain on us," he said.
