Amid reports of infighting in Karnataka Congress, Siddaramaiah claims 'Op Lotus' is on

Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has accused the BJP of attempting to destabilize the Congress government in the state through "Operation Kamala," in which the opposition party tries to engineer defections of legislators. Congress MLAs have alleged that a BJP team offered them Rs 50 crore and ministerial berths to switch parties. Deputy CM DK Shivakumar has expressed concerns about a larger conspiracy. Speculation of infighting within the Congress unit has also arisen, with Siddaramaiah attending a dinner party without DK Shivakumar present.
