Rahul Gandhi vows to conduct caste census in Chhattisgarh if Congress comes to power

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has pledged to conduct a caste census in Chhattisgarh if his party returns to power. He criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government for working in favor of the rich and not the marginalized population. Gandhi also reiterated his promise to waive off farm loans in Chhattisgarh, stating that it would benefit OBCs, Adivasis, and Dalits. The first phase of polling in Chhattisgarh will take place on November 7, with the counting of votes on December 3.
