IndiaTimes Sunday, 29 October 2023
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Rajasthan has announced that it will soon release the list of candidates for the remaining 76 seats in the upcoming assembly elections. The BJP had previously released two lists, with former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje recontesting from Jhalrapatan. The party is aiming to displace the Congress, which currently holds power in the state. BJP President CP Joshi also criticized the Ashok Gehlot government for pursuing appeasement politics and expressed confidence in a BJP victory.
