BSP chief Mayawati to address 9 poll meetings in Madhya Pradesh, 8 in Rajasthan
Tuesday, 31 October 2023 BSP leader Mayawati is set to deliver a total of nine rallies and public gatherings in Madhya Pradesh during the period from November 6 to 14. This marks a significant increase compared to her previous participation in the state's assembly elections in 2018 when she had addressed only two rallies. According to party sources, during the 2018 elections, BSP chief Mayawati held rallies in Satna and Rewa, both areas with substantial OBC and Dalit voters.

The second phase of polling in Uttar Pradesh on April 26 holds high stakes for several prominent faces, including actress Hema Malini, actor Arun Govil, and former BSP leader Danish Ali. In the eight constituencies going to polls – Amroha, Meerut, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, and Mathura – unemployment has emerged as a major concern, with youth expressing anger over recruitment exam paper leaks and lack of job opportunities.
