People in constitutional positions should help agencies: Prahlad Patel

IndiaTimes Tuesday, 31 October 2023
Union Minister Prahlad Singh Patel has stated that people in constitutional positions should assist agencies and take the court's comments seriously. This comes after the Enforcement Directorate summoned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for questioning in the Delhi excise policy case. Patel also criticized Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party, stating that their claims of honesty are contradicted by their ministers being in jail. Kejriwal was previously summoned by the Central Bureau of Investigation in connection with the same case.
