The Supreme Court has refused to intervene in the anticipatory bail granted to activist Teesta Setalvad and her husband in a case of alleged misappropriation of funds. The court has directed the couple to cooperate with the Gujarat Police's investigation. The case relates to the alleged misappropriation of funds collected for a museum in Ahmedabad. The court noted that a significant amount of time has passed since the bail was granted and no chargesheet has been filed. Setalvad was also granted bail earlier this year in another case related to the 2002 riots.
