Article on Adani-Hindenburg row: SC grants interim protection to 2 journalists
The Supreme Court has granted interim protection to two journalists who wrote an article on the Adani-Hindenburg row, preventing their arrest. A bench of Justices BR Gavai and PK Mishra issued notice to the Gujarat government on the pleas filed by journalists Ravi Nair and Anand Mangnale. The article published on the OCCRP website had made allegations against the Adani Group, which the company has denied. The journalists argue that the summonses are harassment and a prelude to possible arrest.
