High court cites Sanatan row, says can’t allow meetings to ‘eradicate’ any ideology
No one has the right to propagate divisive ideas and hold meetings to advocate the “abolition” any ideology, the Madras HC has said and wondered why no police action was taken against DMK ministers and functionaries who attended the September meet where calls rang out to “eradicate” Sanatan Dharma.
