Supreme Court asks Tamil Nadu government to allow RSS marches
The Supreme Court has directed the Tamil Nadu government to allow the RSS to hold marches in the state. The court granted the state the liberty to decide the route for the rallies, but set a deadline of November 15 for the state government to finalize the date. The court questioned the state for not allowing the marches, which were also not permitted last year. The state had expressed concerns about clashes between communities and law and order problems. The state must now decide the date, and the RSS must submit its route to the state authority within three days.
