After Supreme Court order, election commission asks parties to provide details of contributions received through electoral bonds

IndiaTimes Monday, 13 November 2023
The Election Commission has asked political parties to provide details of contributions received through electoral bonds until September 30, 2023. This comes after a directive from the Supreme Court. The parties have been asked to submit the information in a double-sealed envelope. The details should include the donors' names, the amount of each bond, and the bank credit details. The Court had ordered the EC to provide up-to-date data on funds received through electoral bonds within two weeks.
