A year on, South Delhi locality tries to move on from horror killing

A year after the murder of Shraddha Walkar in Chhatarpur Pahadi, the neighborhood has returned to normalcy. Aaftab Amin Poonawala, who murdered Walker, is currently in jail, where he is reading books and playing chess. The flat where the murder took place is locked and uninhabited. The residents are slowly trying to move on, with a wedding scheduled to take place in the same building. Some residents vaguely remember Poonawala as a normal person.
