The Election Commission has issued a notice to the Rajasthan Congress chief for allegedly inducing voters ahead of the assembly polls. The BJP accused the Congress of using "corrupt" practices by asking people to give missed calls on a mobile number to receive benefits if the Congress retains power. This is the second notice issued by the Election Commission to the Rajasthan Congress on the same day. The Congress has been asked to respond to the notice by Friday.
