Comparing Mahatma Gandhi with anyone nothing short of sacrilege: Congress criticises Vice President Dhankhar's comments

Congress leader Manish Tewari criticizes Vice President Dhankhar for comparing Mahatma Gandhi to PM Modi, calling it sacrilege. Tewari praises Gandhi as the 'Mahapurush' who mobilized Indians against British imperialism and led to India's freedom. He states that the only person who measures up to Gandhi is Nelson Mandela. Tewari emphasizes that even Mandela considered Gandhi as a spiritual mentor. Congress MP Manickam Tagore also criticizes Dhankhar's comparison and states that even PM Modi would not accept it, calling it sycophancy and insulting to Gandhi.
