'Wonderful Achievement': Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese hails rescue of 41 workers trapped in Uttarakhand tunnel

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Australian High Commissioner Philip Green praised the Indian authorities for successfully rescuing 41 workers trapped in the Silkyari tunnel in Uttarakhand. They specifically commended the role of Professor Arnold Dix, an Australian tunnelling expert, who provided technical support during the operation. The workers were safely evacuated after being trapped since November 12. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also lauded the rescue operation, calling it an example of humanity and teamwork. He personally spoke to the rescued workers over the phone.
