Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has written a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla expressing concerns about the recommendation of the Ethics Committee to expel Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra in a 'cash-for-query' case. Chowdhury stated that such an expulsion would have serious consequences and urged the Speaker to ensure justice and streamline the functioning of the House.
