Drunk Russian mows down 3 Indian tourists leaving Goa pub

A Russian driving under the influence ran over three Indian tourists at Arpora, 18km from Panaji, early Saturday. The car then plunged into a nullah. Anton Bychkov and the owner of the car have been booked. The deceased were identified as Mahesh Sharma (46) from Nashik; and Dilipkumar Bang (46) and Manoj Kumar Soni (48) from Hyderabad. Bychkov, 27, is being treated for injuries and "alcohol intoxication" at Goa Medical College. Mapus DSP Jivba Dalvi stated that Bychkov was driving at a high speed.
