Mizoram: Ex-footballer, RJ power Lalduhoma's youth brigade

A former footballer and a woman RJ-councillor were part of Lalduhoma's youth brigade that helped ZPM outplay rivals in the Mizoram polls by a long stretch, reports Kangkan Kalita.While Jeje Lalpekhlua Fanai has earned his soccer stripes playing in the Hero Indian Super League (ISL) and the Indian national team, Baryl Vanneihsangi has wowed audiences as TV presenter, radio jockey and councillor of the Aizawl Municipal Corporation. Baryl (32) is also the youngest of the three women MLAs elected this time.
