Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath questioned the verdict of the Madhya Pradesh assembly polls, stating that some MLAs received only 50 votes in their own villages. He also criticized the exit polls, suggesting that they were designed to create a certain atmosphere. Another Congress leader, Digvijaya Singh, raised concerns about the possibility of EVM hacking. The Congress party, which previously held power, won only 66 seats in the recent elections, while the BJP secured a comprehensive victory with 163 seats.
