Bombay HC refuses to interfere in a housing society's internal dispute over the opening of a coffee shop and eatery in Colaba. The dispute involves a Padma Shri awardee, Mustansir Barma, who alleges that unauthorised and illegal work carried out by Lambason Hotel and Restaurant Services is affecting the structural stability of the entire building. The judges question why the society did not file the petition or join Barma and state that the court will not enter the factual dispute of whether permissions were exceeded.
