Give at least 48 hours to study ethics panel report on Mahua Moitra: TMC to Lok Sabha speaker

Trinamool Congress MP Kalyan Banerjee has written to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, requesting 48 hours to read the ethics panel report recommending the expulsion of party MP Mahua Moitra. The report, which was tabled in Lok Sabha amid opposition protests, has raised questions about the procedure followed by the panel. Banerjee emphasized the need for a hard copy of the report and stated that Moitra should be allowed to speak on it. The report recommends Moitra's expulsion from the Lok Sabha over the 'cash-for-query' allegation.
