Free bus rides from today for Telangana women

Following directions from the state government, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has announced free travel facility to women in its buses from Saturday. Addressing the media, on Friday, TSRTC MD VC Sajjanar said that chief minister Revanth Reddy will launch the free travel scheme for women on Saturday. Free bus travel will be made available to women across the state from 2 pm. Women can travel free of charge in city ordinary and metro express services in Hyderabad. Apart from women, girls, students and the third gender can also travel at free of cost.
