Monday, 11 December 2023 Jammu and Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha denied reports of house arrest or arrest ahead of Supreme Court verdict on Article 370. Sinha calls the claims by PDP baseless and an attempt to spread rumors. He took full responsibility for stating that no one has been arrested or put under house arrest for political reasons. The PDP alleged that the police have sealed the doors of Mehbooba Mufti's residence and put her under illegal house arrest.
